A session is confirmed once we have accepted your request and payment has been received. We may decline a request where the matter falls outside our scope.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are those shown on the Pricing page at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

You may cancel your session for a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
